Maintenance Technician

In addition to our restaurant, our destination includes a hotel, retail gift shops, a pasta manufacturing facility, entertainment venue showing live theatre and concerts, miniature golf and carriage rides.
Responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring equipment and building systems are maintained regularly and in accordance with specifications;

  • Troubleshoots, disassembles and reassembles equipment, machinery and components as directed;

  • Provides building maintenance tasks involving electrical, mechanical, heating, cooling, plumbing as necessary;

  • Following OSHA and food safety regulations and policies

  • Tests equipment, components, and machinery to ensure proper operation

  • Completing work orders as assigned

Hours:? Full-time, 7am-3:30pm, plus one week after hours on-call per month.

  • Must be at least 18 years old;

  • Able to lift up to 50 pounds;

  • 1-2 years related experience/training;

  • Live within 30 minutes of our complex;

  • Possess a valid driver's license with good driving record;

  • Be able to work independently with little supervision;

  • Possess good communication skills

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
