Receptionist/Administrative Assistant


- Answer heavy phone volume; determine the customers needs and transfer to the appropriate department.
- Responsible for setting up customer accounts and processing payments
- Perform various clerical duties
- Responsible for office supply inventory and orders.
- Assist with a variety of retail, bakery, and specialty orders from start to finish.
- Able to perform closing procedures.
- Process all shipping orders

This is a full-time position/40 hrs a week - Monday - Friday.

Experience:
- Microsoft Office and some Quickbooks experience is a plus
- Previous receptionist experience required
- Excellent customer service skills
- Thorough knowledge of administrative practices and procedures
- Strong multi-tasking abilities a must
- Detail oriented
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast paced environment

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
