We work M-Th, approximately 36 hours a week.
Job Duties:
-Answering phones, taking messages or placing on hold to talk to appropriate persons - Scheduling patients - Taking payments, applying to patients /accounts - Checking patients out after services, verify insurance changes, creating insurance claims - Patient information intake, updating health histories, address, phone numbers, insurance, etc.
- Confirming next day appointments - Assist maintaining patient recall tickler files, monthly billings/mailings - Housekeeping- keeping bathrooms, reception area, entry ways, and halls neat and clean, trash collected daily - Printing daily reports Dental Experience Preferred Job Type:

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
