What you'll be doing:
n
- n
- Assist Kitchen Manager with supervision and/or coordination of food preparation
- n
- Plan/participate in apportioning foods, to include utilization of possible food surpluses
- n
- Oversee non cooking personnel to ensure cleanliness of associated areas
- n
- Serves as lead in providing direction to employees in areas such as Kitchen, Grill, Dishwashing, Meat Room and Buffet
- n
- Audit for quality to verify conformance with recipes and standards
- n
- Provide oversight of food preparation and communicate with Catering Manager on outside catering engagements and internal food service at the on site Inn
- n
- Create work schedules for kitchen staff
- n

- Ability to lift and/or move 10 to 50 pounds

- Bachelor&s;s degree desirable however relevant experience acceptable

- SafeServ certification - a huge plus but can provide training

Pay:
$18.00/hour

Job Type

- Work schedule is frequently rotational across day and afternoon shifts. Further, weekend/Saturday and holidays are occasionally in order.
